Curtis Maas is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The RDI Group, which is headquartered in Itasca, Illinois. He has served as CEO of RDI since 1985. The RDI Group designs and builds capital equipment, modular enclosures and systems, e-houses and related products and services to manufacturing and technology customers worldwide. Markets served include a wide range of industries including asphalt roofing, metal coil processing, utilities, data centers, prefabricated construction and various other market segments. The RDI Group provides customers with manufacturing solutions designed to meet their needs, and also offers full life cycle support including spare parts, technical support and upgrades.

Mr. Maas holds active board positions in various businesses in a range of industries, as well as  in the community, including his long-time support of Junior Achievement of Chicago.  A native of Rochester, New York, Maas holds a BSME degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Maas and his wife Cathy live in Inverness, Illinois, and are the parents of 4 grown children and three grandchildren.
