Debbie Erives is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for RDI Enclosures & Systems.  Joining in 2024, she will lead the sales team and develop business plans propelling the phenomenal growth of RDI Enclosures & Systems.  RDI Enclosures & Systems offers cutting-edge, highly engineered products, designed, engineered, and manufactured in collaboration with our customers. 

Prior to RDI Enclosures & Systems, her career spanned over 2 decades in sales leadership, project engineering, employee & customer development.  Her previous roles include leading 2 key divisions at FCX Performance as VP of Sales, as well as North American Sales Manager for Gardner Denver Nash.  In addition to her leadership background, she also brings her strength and passion for mentoring and coaching other women in engineering and technical sales.

Debbie Erives holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, where she was also a D1 Athlete.
