Ross Oberg is Chief Technology Officer.  He and his team are responsible for leading the company in all facets of equipment design and new product development.

Mr. Oberg has been with RDI since October of 1996, he started as a Project Engineer for Grotnes Metalforming.  Then became a Project Manager for Chicago Slitter and was later promoted to Manager of Engineering. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Engineering of both Chicago Slitter and Reichel & Drews.  Ross was responsible for Project Management involving military projects for Illinois Tool Works in Glenview before joining RDI. He has been involved in the management and design of custom equipment for over 30 years.

Mr. Oberg’s educational background includes a BSME from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.
